Today, I gave my staff some advices (short lecture) to correct his misbehaviour. The truth, it's not easy. As I always know that Im no perfect after all.
You and me. Nobody's perfect right. But, Whatever need to be done ,need to be done. Plus, I really want him to receive rezeki yang halal/berkat for his son at home. Sometimes, I think being a boss means that you'll actually become a nurturer. Just like you having a kid. you have to make them better. provide them a better environment, giving motivation, make them grow into a better person.
Today, I've done that small part of it. Hopefully, he'll realise and do better. InsyaAllah, only to Allah we depend and seek help. Amin.
